A fresh and fizzy cocktail, designed by our team to celebrate the beginning of our Rhubarb Harvest
Recipe
Method
- Add all the ingredients (except prosecco) to an ice filled shaker and shake well (approximately 10 seconds)
- Double strain into your flute
- Top up with Hattingley Valley English Sparkling Wine
- Garnish with a a rhubarb stick
