Ingredients: 25ml Warner's Harrington Dry Gin; 25ml Campari; 25ml Sweet Vermouth

The Negroni dates back to Florence, Italy in 1919 and was a variation on the classic Americano cocktail (Campari, Martini Rosso and Soda). Count Camillo Negroni asked his bartender, Fosco Scarselli, to make the drink stronger so (being a man of taste and style) he added Gin. The Negroni was born and has since become one of the worlds favourite cocktails - the perfect aperitif

Method

Pour all of the ingredients into an ice filled mixing glass, stir for 60 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with an orange peel, sit back, relax and enjoy!
