Method

  1. Muddle 1 fresh raspberry at the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add 50ml Rhubarb Gin, 15ml fresh lime juice, 10ml sugar syrup and ice to the shaker.
  3. Mix the ingredients well using a spoon.
  4. Fill a glass with ice, top with Fever-Tree Soda Water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lime.
