Method

  1. Fill a Warner’s Tumbler with fresh cubed ice
  2. Pour all the ingredients in and give a stir to mix

Ingredients

  • 50ml Warner’s Rhubarb Gin​
  • 10ml Ginger Cordial**​
  • 100ml Fever Tree Clementine Tonic*
  • *Mediterranean Tonic can be used in place of Clementine Tonic​
  • **Can be swapped for 10ml Monin ginger syrup/ gingerbread syrup if necessary
