Garden Spritz
Tastes like a an English garden with the the addition of rhubarb and a bit of a sparkle - absolutely delicious. It's also a delightful drink to enjoy in the sunshine with friends and family to celebrate the start of summer.
Recipe
Method
- Build all the ingredients (except soda) over ice and mix well.
- Top up with soda and stir gently.
- Then, garnish with the peel of a cucumber and a large sprig of mint.

- 15ml lime juice
- 10ml elderflower cordial
