Elderflower Gimlet
The classic Gimlet is a mix of Gin and traditional style Rose’s Lime cordial. However, as home grown elderflower is one of our key botanicals we’ve developed a twist on the classic. The elderflower cordial softens the lime juice and the mint leaves add a refreshing zing to the mix. It’s not quite the drink that Naval Officers would have been drinking on the high-seas in the 1800’s but it is perfect for the garden on a balmy summer’s day.
