Method

  1. Build in a tall glass full of big cubes of ice,
  2. Top up with soda, stir and garnish with a sprig of mint

  • 40ml Warner’s Elderflower Gin
  • 10ml Cocchi Americano
  • 2ml Absinthe
  • 10ml Cucumber Juice
  • 20ml Mint Tea syrup
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 100ml soda water
