Autumnal Equinox
The autumnal equinox signifies the end of summer, and beginning of Autumn. Autumn is a great time to reminisce in the beautiful flavours that surround us, and this cocktail does exactly that. A little prep and foraging is required for the syrup, but it is well worth it. Alternatively, if you don't make the syrup, simply use a diluted honey (Honey 2:1 Water)
